1. Agreement
If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not use Amiriel.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
2. What Amiriel is — and is not
Amiriel is a tool for preserving private letters, life notes, and important personal information, and for optionally sharing them with people you trust through read codes or scheduled delivery.
Amiriel is not a will, notarization service, legal document generator, or substitute for professional legal, tax, estate, or financial advice. Inheritance, witnesses, notarization, and asset distribution require separate professional confirmation in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether Amiriel is appropriate for the information you choose to store or send.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required locally).
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit the content you upload.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the letters, media, and other content you submit. To operate the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, display, and deliver your content as directed by you (including through read codes and schedules you configure).
You must have the rights needed for any text, images, videos, or recipient contact details you provide.
We do not actively monitor private letter content, but we may remove content or restrict access if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Amiriel to: break the law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; harass, threaten, or harm others; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or overload the service; or misrepresent the legal effect of content created in Amiriel.
You agree not to use the service to store or transmit content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that you are not authorized to share with intended recipients.
7. Read codes and delivery
Read codes grant access to a specific letter without requiring the recipient to sign in. Treat read codes like keys: anyone who has one may be able to open the letter.
Scheduled email or SMS delivery depends on third-party networks and the contact details you provide. Delivery times are estimates; we do not guarantee immediate or successful delivery in all circumstances.
You are responsible for verifying recipient details before scheduling delivery.
8. Service limits and changes
Amiriel may impose limits such as the number of letters, pages, images, videos, or delivery schedules per account. Current limits are shown in the product and may change.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. The service is provided on an "as available" basis.
9. Third-party services
Sign-in through Google, GitHub, Apple, and delivery through email or SMS providers are subject to those third parties' terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using Amiriel at any time and delete your account from the workspace by following the in-product confirmation steps.
Account deletion permanently removes your account and associated letters, read codes, schedules, and uploaded media records, subject to the Privacy Policy and reasonable backup retention.
We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these Terms or if continued provision creates legal or security risk.
11. Disclaimers
Amiriel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, permanently stored, or legally sufficient for any personal, estate, or inheritance purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amiriel and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or emotional distress arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $100, if you have not paid for the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the deployment you use, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Boundary note
This is a private letter and information list, not a will or notarized document. Handle inheritance, witnesses, notarization, or asset distribution with professional confirmation elsewhere.
